As of September 15, 2026, the old Global Entry app and the old Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) app no longer work. CBP has replaced both with a single Trusted Traveler App, now the only official mobile app for Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, and FAST.
What changed
Before, account management was split across two apps: one handled Global Entry arrival confirmation, the other handled broader Trusted Traveler Programs account tasks. The new app merges both into one interface covering all four programs.
From that single app you can now apply for a program, update your profile, submit a renewal, schedule an enrollment interview, and, for Global Entry members, confirm your arrival at a participating airport. Previously, that meant switching between the two apps to handle everything.
Booking an interview appointment now
Interview scheduling now lives inside the same app used for applications, renewals, and profile updates. None of the reporting on this launch describes any change to how interview slots are found or booked: you're still working against the same pool of appointments across the same national network of enrollment centers, just through a consolidated interface.
That network moves constantly. TTPRadar's own scan on 2026-09-23 tracked 114 enrollment centers, with 87 of them showing at least one open interview slot at scan time. If you're trying to move up an existing appointment, checking enrollment center availability or setting up free appointment alerts is still the practical way to catch a slot before it fills.
Arrival confirmation and the 85-airport figure
Mobile arrival confirmation for Global Entry members, the feature that lets you confirm your arrival on your phone instead of using a kiosk, currently works at 85 domestic airports plus several CBP Preclearance locations abroad. Availability varies by airport, so check whether your usual arrival airport supports it before you rely on it.
This 85-airport figure is specific to arrival confirmation. It has nothing to do with the separate, larger network of enrollment centers where interviews happen, so don't conflate the two.
What existing members need to do
If you already have a Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, or FAST membership, nothing about that membership changed. You do not need to reapply, and your enrollment status carries over automatically.
You do need to sign in to the new app with your existing login credentials. Once in, confirm that your profile details, membership status, and any pending applications or interview appointments show up correctly, since a botched data migration is the kind of thing you want to catch early rather than at the airport.
If anything looks wrong after signing in, that's a CBP account issue to resolve directly with CBP, not something a third-party tool can fix. TTPRadar's own FAQ covers how our alerts fit around the official booking process if you're unsure where the line sits.
The bottom line
The app changed. There's no indication the interview slot system underneath it did. If your goal is an earlier appointment, the work is still finding an open slot at an enrollment center near you, which is what TTPRadar was built to help with.
