Finding the office
Head for the International E Pier on the Arrivals (lower) level and look for outside street sign 59 and door 18. The office is room E1709: go in through door E1716, the one with the DHS seal, then down the hall and to the right.
If the hourly garage is closed when you arrive, tell the attendant you have an interview and you will be let in. The office is closed on federal holidays, so do not expect interviews then.
Without a car, Baltimore's Light RailLink stops at the terminal, and MARC and Amtrak trains stop at the BWI Rail Station, which has a shuttle to the terminal.
What to bring
Bring your passport, or all of them if you hold more than one, your state driver's license, and any other documents listed on your application. Each applicant, including children, books and attends their own appointment.
Getting an earlier interview
BWI is one of several Global Entry centers within reach of Baltimore. The downtown Washington, DC center, Washington Dulles and Wilmington, Delaware each run their own calendar and are listed below with live waits. Watching more than one gives you more openings to choose from, and if you already hold a BWI appointment you can reschedule to an earlier one for free in your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account.
BWI also receives international flights. If you are conditionally approved and flying home from abroad, Enrollment on Arrival lets you finish the interview when you land. Check that your arrival airport is on CBP's current Enrollment on Arrival list before you count on it.
