Finding the office at HNL
CBP places the Global Entry office at the Ewa end of the Main Terminal, on the second floor. Start next to the group arrival area, take the escalator to the second floor, and look for the Global Entry signs on the right side.
CBP's one firm instruction for this center: bring a valid passport to your interview. For questions, CBP asks you to write to GOES-HNL@cbp.dhs.gov.
If Honolulu does not have a date that works
There is no other enrollment center in Hawaii that TTPRadar tracks, so there is no drive-to backup. You still have two real options.
First, you can book your interview at any enrollment center that offers Global Entry. If you are visiting the mainland, pick a center near where you will be and fit the interview into the trip. Mainland time zones run two or more hours ahead of Hawaii, so double-check the local time of the slot when you book, and pack your passport and the documents listed in your conditional approval notice.
Second, if you have an international trip coming up, CBP's Enrollment on Arrival lets conditionally approved applicants complete the interview during CBP processing when they land at a participating airport, with no appointment. Check CBP's current list of participating airports before you count on it.
