CBP is currently publishing no interview dates at all for this center. That does not mean nothing will open: slots reappear when other travelers cancel or reschedule, and those are the openings we watch for.

Finding the office in Terminal 4
From the Terminal 4 parking garage, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. CBP says the office is on the east side by Checkpoint B, across from Dunkin' Donuts.
Driving from the west, take I-10 to exit 149 toward Sky Harbor and follow E Sky Harbor Blvd to Terminal 4. From the east, take I-10 to exit 153A, merge onto AZ-143 N, then take exit 3B toward the airport and keep right for Terminal 4. The PHX Sky Train also links Terminal 4 with the Valley Metro Rail station at 44th Street.
Booking and arrival rules
CBP's notes for Sky Harbor are strict, so plan around them:
- Each applicant must log into their own TTP account and book their own appointment. One appointment per account, so families book each person separately.
- Be on time. CBP warns that arriving late may forfeit your slot.
- Bring a valid passport book, plus your driver's license if you are registering a vehicle.
- Non-citizens also need a permanent resident card, U.S. visa or Border Crossing Card.
- If you need special accommodations, CBP asks you to call the center (option 4) before your visit.
Other Arizona centers to compare
Arizona has several other enrollment centers within driving distance. Tucson is the closest. Nogales, San Luis and Douglas are at border ports of entry farther south and west. All four are listed by CBP for Global Entry and SENTRI, so they work for either program.
Waits at each one change daily, so compare the live figures below rather than assuming a border center is quicker. If you have an international trip coming up, CBP's Enrollment on Arrival lets conditionally approved applicants complete the interview during CBP processing when they land at a participating airport, with no appointment. Check CBP's current list of participating airports before you count on it.
