Finding the office

Go to the 1st floor, which is the baggage claim level, and stay on the Red side. The office is nearest baggage belt 9. Baggage claim is outside security, so you do not go through TSA screening to reach it. The airport publishes driving directions and parking options on its own website, and CBP links to both in its official details.

What to bring

Bring a copy of your Conditional Approval Notice, your passport and your driver's license. If you have ever been arrested, also bring the court disposition documents. Each applicant, including children, needs their own appointment.

Contacting the Tampa office

CBP says this office gets an extremely high number of phone calls, and phone messages can take a few days or longer to answer. For questions about your appointment, CBP asks you to email the address in its official details and allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply.

You do not need to call to change your date. Rescheduling is done online in your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account, and it is free.

Getting an earlier interview

Orlando, the Treasure Coast airport in Fort Pierce and West Palm Beach are listed below with their live waits. Watching Tampa plus one of them gives you more chances to see an earlier date, and you book whichever opens first.

TPA receives international flights. If you are conditionally approved and flying home from abroad, Enrollment on Arrival lets you finish the interview when you land. Check that your arrival airport is on CBP's current Enrollment on Arrival list before you count on it.
