Finding the office
Set your GPS for the International Terminal, not the Domestic Terminal. The International Terminal has its own road entrance: CBP's directions take you down I-75 South to exit 239, onto Charles W Grant Pkwy and then Maynard H Jackson Jr Blvd toward Arrivals and hourly parking.
Park in hourly parking, which you pay for, follow the Terminal Access signs and go down one escalator. The office is on the Arrivals level across from the main entrance, next door to Starbucks and CNN. You do not go through TSA screening to reach it.
CBP warns that parking is limited after 12 p.m. If you can pick a morning time, parking is easier, and either way plan to arrive early.
What to bring
CBP is strict at Atlanta: bring every valid passport you hold and any other valid U.S. entry documents. Applicants who arrive without them are not interviewed. Once there, wait until a CBP employee tells you to enter the waiting room.
Getting an earlier interview from Atlanta
The closest alternatives are several hours' drive away: Nashville, Charlotte and the Tri-Cities center in Blountville, Tennessee are listed below with their live waits. Watching Atlanta plus one or two of them gives you more chances to see an earlier date, and you book whichever opens first.

Keep left onto Maynard H Jackson Jr Blvd toward Departures. Go for 0.2 mi. Follow signs to Arrivals / Hourly parking where you must pay for hourly parking. Follow the signs for Terminal Access. Go down one escalator. Look to the right. The Global Entry office is located on the Arrivals level across from the main entrance (Next Door to Starbucks and CNN). Applicants are not required to go through TSA to reach the Global Entry office.
