Finding the office

The office is in Terminal A West. From I-95 north or south, take the airport exit and follow signs for the arrivals road, then for parking at Terminal A West. Parking is not validated, so expect to pay.

Go up to the 3rd floor international arrivals hall. The door is on the left side, just beyond the overhead "Do Not Enter" sign, next to the double glass doors. You do not need to ring the bell. Take a seat: a CBP officer comes out about every 15 minutes to confirm names and appointment times and walk applicants in.

Without a car, SEPTA's Airport Line regional rail stops at the airport terminals.

Appointments and documents

Philadelphia is by appointment only, and no walk-ins are seen. Each person needs their own appointment, including immediate family members, and appointments can only be made online through your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account. Bring your valid passport. Permanent residents also bring their green card.

Catching an earlier interview

Several other centers are within driving distance: Wilmington, Delaware, Newark Liberty and BWI are listed below with their live waits. Watching two or three at once gives you more chances to see an earlier date, and you can book whichever opens first. If you already have a Philadelphia appointment, rescheduling to an earlier one in your TTP account is free.

If you are conditionally approved and flying home to PHL from abroad, Enrollment on Arrival is another route. Check that your arrival airport is on CBP's current Enrollment on Arrival list before you count on it.
