Finding the office in the new terminal
CBP moved the office into the new terminal on November 19, 2025. Go to the Arrivals level, walk past Cafe Conmigo on your right as you come in, and keep going toward the back, near the international arrivals exit. That is where the office is.
CBP's address line for this center still reads "Ticketing Level", but its directions, written for the move, place the office on Arrivals. Directions from before November 2025 point to the old location.
What to bring
CBP has not posted center-specific document notes for Pittsburgh. Follow CBP's general Global Entry requirements: bring your valid passport, your permanent resident card if you have one, and a document that proves where you live, such as a driver's license or utility bill. If you have ever been arrested, also bring the court disposition documents. Each applicant, including children, needs their own appointment.
Getting an earlier interview
The closest other Global Entry centers are Cleveland, Harrisburg, BWI and Dayton, all listed below with live waits. Each is a few hours' drive or less, so adding one or two to your search gives you more chances to see an earlier date. If you already hold a Pittsburgh appointment, keep it and reschedule for free in your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account if something earlier appears.
If you are conditionally approved and fly home from abroad through an airport that offers Enrollment on Arrival, you can finish the interview there when you land, with no appointment. Check that your arrival airport is on CBP's current Enrollment on Arrival list before you count on it.
