Douglas SENTRI Interview
The Douglas Enrollment Center is in the CBP commercial facility at 1st Street and Pan American Avenue in Douglas, Arizona, across the border from Agua Prieta, Sonora. CBP interviews SENTRI, Global Entry and FAST applicants here. This page is about SENTRI interview appointments at the center, not SENTRI lane waits for crossing. It shows the live wait for the next interview date, recent availability, and lets you set an alert for an earlier opening.

Finding the Douglas center
CBP says not to use GPS here, because it may send you into Mexico. Follow CBP's route instead: from Pan American Avenue, turn left on 3rd Street, right on H Avenue, then right on 1st Street. The gated commercial facility is on the left just after the intersection of 1st Street and Customs Avenue.
Approach the security guard at the entry gate. Inside, report to Office #1304, next to the Commercial Processing Office.
Hours and appointments
CBP lists hours of Wednesday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm Arizona time, closed on federal holidays. CBP's Douglas listing also says walk-ins are available during business hours. That can change, so call ahead before relying on it.
All interviews are in person. If you cannot make your appointment, CBP asks you to call or log in to your TTP account and reschedule, which frees the slot for someone else.
Because the center is open Wednesday to Saturday, you will not find Monday or Tuesday interview slots here.
What to bring and nearby options
CBP's Douglas listing does not publish its own document list. Bring the originals of everything you listed on your application, such as your passport or other entry document, birth certificate and driver's license, plus court disposition papers for any arrest and, if you are adding a vehicle, its registration and insurance, which other SENTRI centers list.
You can interview at any enrollment center that offers SENTRI. Tucson, Nogales and Phoenix are shown below with their live waits.
Do not give up the slot you have while you look. Rescheduling from your TTP account moves you into the sooner date in one step.

How do I get an earlier SENTRI interview in Douglas?

No. We are independent of CBP and cannot book, hold or reserve an appointment. We tell you the moment an earlier Douglas interview appears, and you book it yourself on the official Trusted Traveler Programs website.
