El Paso SENTRI Interview
El Paso has two CBP enrollment centers that hold SENTRI interviews. The Ysleta Enrollment Center sits at the Ysleta port of entry on Zaragoza Road, at the Zaragoza Bridge to Ciudad Juárez. The Port of El Paso Enrollment Center is downtown at the Paso del Norte port of entry, and CBP says it has accepted scheduled appointments since October 5, 2026. Both interview SENTRI and Global Entry applicants. This page tracks SENTRI interview appointments at both, not border lane waits, so you can see which one currently has the sooner opening.
Next interview here No availability Checked
CBP is currently publishing no interview dates at all for this center. That does not mean nothing will open: slots reappear when other travelers cancel or reschedule, and those are the openings we watch for.

Getting to each El Paso center
Ysleta is on the east side. CBP's directions: take Loop 375 to the Zaragoza Rd. exit and head south toward the toll booths into Mexico. The parking lot entrance is on the left before the toll booths. Park, walk to the building against pedestrian traffic, and tell the CBP officers you have an enrollment center appointment.
The Port of El Paso center is at 1000 S. El Paso Street, downtown. There is no lot of its own: CBP says to use city parking meters nearby and recommends at least one hour on the meter. Enter from the northbound pedestrian walkway at S. El Paso Street and 6th Street, walk against pedestrian traffic, pass the two turnstiles on the right of the building, and the entrance is on the left.
- From east El Paso: Loop 375 to Exit 60, S. Oregon St, then turn right.
- From west El Paso: I-10 to Exit 19, right on Santa Fe St, left on E. Paisano, right on S. Oregon St.
- CBP lists hours for both centers as Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:00pm.
What to bring for SENTRI
Both centers publish the same SENTRI list. Bring originals: two forms of identification, such as a birth certificate, driver's license, passport book or card, or visa. Bring court disposition papers for any prior arrest or conviction. If you are adding a vehicle, bring its registration and insurance.
At the downtown center, CBP asks you to bring only the people scheduled for an interview, each with valid entry documents, so nobody has to be rescheduled.
Getting an earlier El Paso interview
Because the two centers are separate in the scheduler, an opening at one does not show at the other. Check both on this page, and consider the other SENTRI centers listed as nearby: you can interview at any enrollment center that offers SENTRI, so a drive to New Mexico or Arizona can be worth it if the date is much sooner.

El Paso SENTRI interview questions
How long is the SENTRI interview wait in El Paso?
CBP is publishing no interview dates at El Paso Enrollment Center at all as of 16 Oct 2026. Dates return when other travelers cancel or reschedule.
How often do El Paso SENTRI interview slots open?
In the last 57 days we checked, El Paso Enrollment Center had a bookable interview window on 11 of them, never within a week. On those days the typical wait to the next interview was 2 months, and at its longest 3 months. Openings between those dates come from cancellations and reschedules, which is what alerts are for.
Where is the El Paso SENTRI enrollment center?
El Paso Enrollment Center, 797 S. Zaragoza Rd. Bldg. A, El Paso, TX 79907.
Which El Paso center should I pick in the scheduler?
CBP lists them as Ysleta Enrollment Center (Zaragoza Road) and Port of El Paso Enrollment Center (downtown, Paso del Norte). Both handle SENTRI interviews, so pick whichever has the sooner slot and is easier for you to reach.
Is this the El Paso SENTRI lane wait at the bridge?
No. Lane waits measure how long the line is to cross the border in a SENTRI lane. This page tracks something else: how soon you can get a SENTRI interview appointment at the Ysleta and Port of El Paso enrollment centers, the in-person step you complete before you can use those lanes.
What documents do I need for a SENTRI interview in El Paso?
Original documents: two forms of ID (birth certificate, driver's license, passport book or card, or visa), court disposition papers for any prior arrest or conviction, and vehicle registration and insurance if you are adding a vehicle.
How do I get an earlier SENTRI interview in El Paso?
By being there in the minutes after a slot is released, which is why checking by hand a few times a day rarely catches one. Watch more than one center if you can travel, and keep your TTP login to hand so you can confirm the moment you see a date.
Does TTPRadar book the interview for me?
No. We are independent of CBP and cannot book, hold or reserve an appointment. We tell you the moment an earlier El Paso interview appears, and you book it yourself on the official Trusted Traveler Programs website.
Is there a free way to watch El Paso?
Yes. Free browser alerts watch one center while you keep the page open and play a sound when an interview that suits you appears. Text alerts cost $24.99 once for 30 days, cover up to three centers and reach you wherever you are. There is no subscription and no account to create.
Get a text when an earlier El Paso slot opens
We watch El Paso Enrollment Center and up to two other centers around the clock and text you the moment an earlier SENTRI interview appears. One payment, no subscription. Or watch it free in your browser.
